UPDATE: ARIEL IS IN A HOME TRIAL WITH A WONDERFUL FAMILY WHOSE OTHER DOG CHOSE HER! THE TWO SEEM TO BE BEST FRIENDS!

 

Ariel came to us absolutely starving and malnourished to where she had no energy. She was with her two siblings who were in better shape. But with good food and nurturing they are all quickly gaining weight and feeling better! Ariel has especially blossomed with energy and pure joy of life!

 

The puppies must have been treated well by their former owners, because even though they didn’t receive enough food to eat, they are outgoing and affectionate and LOVE everyone! All three get along easily with kids, adults, other dogs and cats. They want to please you. They are calm, confident and well-mannered, they don’t have that high energy puppy energy.

 

The puppies are 6 months old, have received their first veterinary check-up and their first distemper/parvo vaccines, their Rabies vaccine and been de-wormed. They go back to the veterinarian this Wednesday, January 17th  for another well-check to be sure they are gaining weight well and to schedule their spays and neuters. Wescott Acres Pet Rescue will pay for all their veterinary care until they get the other two puppy distemper/parvo vaccinations and get spayed or neutered.

 

ARIEL is a white female and is now 34 lbs. She will surely gain more weight with care, so her ribs don’t show like they do now. She loves her toys! She throws them in the air and catches them, loves to fetch and run, run, run! 

ARIEL has a “snuggle tooth” where her canine sits on top of her lip on the left side of her mouth – so cute!

 

ARIEL has WONDERFUL MANNERS, is very AFFECTIONATE toward everyone, and she has a pure heart full of LOVE!
