He was discharged yesterday and is now back with his medical foster! We are so hopeful for this tiny muffin but we know things can take a bad turn quickly!

He had a few minutes today where he got to “Smell the Roses” and he enjoys his short trips outside. He has a special friend with his own special story in 7 week old orange kitten “Mango!” They are little buddies and Mango likes to stalk and sleep with Dex!

He has drank a little water on his own but still has no interest in eating on his own despite our efforts and trying everything under the sun to tempt him! Mango doesn’t mind eating whatever Dex will not though!

Dex’s bill for his critical care hospitalization is over $4,000 and has drastically depleted our funds! We want to be able to continue to provide care for him and others in need!
