Molly

Molly is almost starved to death….and, she has been laying on concrete for so long that she has large caluses on her hip bones – bones which are now very dominant along with her ribs because she is so thin! She went from 44 to 49 lbs. in 10 days!

   Molly has an old cyst that burst and is now a hard pink calus on her side. She has a cancerous tumor on her mamory gland, her tail has been cut off somehow at an odd spot … AND SHE IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD!

Poor Molly! 

She saved her own life by following a nice man home as he was on an afternoon walk just off St Andrews Road two weeks ago…He contacted us and Wescott Acres Pet Rescue got Molly to a veterinarian where she is getting the care that she needs.

    Molly is gentle, sweet, loving, kind to all dogs, cats and kids. She surely is an example to everyone!!

    On March 11, Molly will have the hard calus on her side removed, her tumor removed from her mamory gland, and she will be spayed if she is strong enough for that.

    She is responding beautifully to the healthy food and vitamins, love and nurturing that we are giving her. 🐾🩷🐾🩷

    Her eyes are sad, but now they have a bit of HOPE in them. Soon they will be filled with JOY!

     Molly needs a foster home to help her continue to thrive and grow. She needs a permanent home to love her for the rest of her life, and we know that anyone who spends time with her will be far more rewarded from the love that she gives them than they could ever imagine. She is one special, sweet girl! 

    She’s going to transform into a beautiful sweet Labrador Retriever,  and we want to get her a family as soon as we can.
